little leo is currently closed for submissions, but is thinking about reopening in 2022. 

To submit, please send either 3-5 short unpublished poems or no more than two unpublished flash fiction pieces (we love hybrids!) of up to 500 words (per piece) as one Word Document (.doc or .docx) attachment. Please do not send multiple attachments or multiple submissions.

Please make sure your email subject line and the title of your attachment includes your full name, the word submission, and the genre of your work: i.e. little leo-Poetry Submission. 

Include a brief third-person bio (100 words or less) and cover letter with your submission.

We do accept simultaneous submissions, but if your piece is accepted elsewhere, please notify us immediately.

If we publish your work we retain first publication rights. After publication, rights revert back to you.
